Licensed Professional Counselor
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Helping people live fuller, more meaningful lives is truly my passion. Whether you're navigating a life transition, coping with a loss, working to set healthy boundaries, or trying to shift patterns that feel stuck, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
My goal as your counselor is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered—so you can move toward the life you’ve envisioned for yourself. With over 20 years of experience in both public and private settings, I’ve supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, psychosis, and major life changes.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan and take a person-centered, compassionate approach that incorporates evidence-based practices like CBT, SFBT, Mindfulness, Holistic Care, and Motivational Interviewing.
I specialize in supporting individuals with mood disorders, severe and persistent mental health conditions, anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, grief, substance use, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
