Welcome! As a clinician, my approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and unwavering support. I am committed to client-centered care, believing that life’s challenges, though overwhelming, offer opportunities for growth and transformation. My role is to walk alongside each individual, helping them navigate their unique experiences with compassion and clarity. Together, we work to uncover the missing links—insights or tools—that bring their bigger picture into focus, empowering them to create a life that feels balanced and meaningful.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients address anxiety, depression, and life changes. CBT helps identify and challenge negative thought patterns, fostering healthier ways of thinking and behaving. This approach is effective in managing anxiety and depression by empowering clients to take control of their thoughts and emotions. Ultimately, my goal is to support clients in building resilience and developing the tools they need to lead fulfilling, meaningful lives while navigating life’s complexities.
