I view therapy as a place for one to be honest with oneself so that they can lead a life that is fulfilling, meaningful, and according to their values. Psychotherapy is a collaborative endeavor that aids individuals in increasing their emotional and cognitive understanding of themselves and gives them a place to come to terms with their losses and be ready to create their own narrative that will give them a better sense of self and purpose.
My experience in therapy involves working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds with diverse clinical presentations ranging from relationship difficulties, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
