I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor passionate about growth and healing. I have a decade of experience helping children, adolescents, and adults who are facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma.

I work from a wholeness-oriented approach that builds on your strengths and acknowledges how life experiences shape us. I draw from a variety of therapeutic tools such as EMDR therapy, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and experiential techniques.

I received my Master's degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Huntington University. I am certified in EMDR therapy, have been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and am participating in a learning collaborative for the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) model. I have also been trained in Nutrition and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals.

I look forward to coming alongside you on your journey.
