We all want to live our best life, but sometimes anxiety, depression, or just the “stuff” in life gets in the way. Maybe you feel stuck in a job, relationship, or situation that just doesn’t bring you joy anymore. Maybe you get so worried about making a wrong choice that it's hard to make a choice at all. We all feel a little lost sometimes and just don’t know where to go from here, how to make our dreams a reality, how to feel fulfilled, how to have a purpose.
The good news is – therapy can help with this! It gives you a supportive, accepting environment to work through life’s stressors and live the life you want. My goal is to help you take control of your life and support you in your journey. I take a client-centered approach and meet you where you’re at right now. There isn’t a one size fits all approach, so I draw on varied methods and my years of experience to create a plan that works for you.
Life can be unpredictable and challenging, but you don’t have to struggle through it alone. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to help them make long-lasting changes in their lives. If you think I might be a good fit I would be happy to talk more about your goals and how we can get you there.
