“What can we do to make things better?” Everyone starts therapy to improve their life. And YES-therapy works. Allow me to be your expert companion on this journey. The immediate goal is to make your days more pleasant. Together we will bring the full force of many years of education, training, and experience to develop and implement a plan for positive change.
My style is non-judgmental in a safe and caring environment. We work together to develop this plan. We work to achieve your goals. I specialize in eclectic therapy focusing on biopsychosocial, DBT, CBT, and motivational therapy. After the first session clients typically feel relieved and motivated. They begin to feel that through our collaborative process and common sense approach “Things can and will get better.”
I am a licensed clinical psychologist for about 25 years. I specialize in-when things go wrong. I always say our head is attached to our body. Our mood affects our physical health and our health affects our mood. Areas of expertise include medical issues, life changing events, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Let’s work together to make your days more pleasant.
