I use an emotion-focused approach. I help couples feel safe to open up and be themselves in the relationship. Each one learns to understand and express their underlying wants and needs as well as how to listen and meet the needs of their partner. This helps each individual as well as the relationship to heal and grow. The goal is to build a close and caring bond that restores passion and connection.
I am energized by seeing couples connect in ways they were not able to before, seeing couples heal. I am passionate about my work. I believe in hope and share that with my clients.
