We all face struggles at times in our lives and you have taken the first step in improving your mental wellbeing by seeking a therapist! I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing mental health services to adults and adolescents. I have worked in both mental health and substance abuse treatment settings. I also have extensive experience working in the school setting with adolescents who experience mental health and cognitive challenges, ADHD, Autism spectrum disorder, and behavioral challenges. I am a certified trauma practitioner and have experience working with first responders.

I use client-centered approaches, trauma-focused, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Therapy starts with a trusting and supportive relationship between the client and therapist. My goal is to provide a safe and secure environment where my clients can begin to heal, grow and reach their treatment goals.
