You are seeking a life that is full of acceptance, abundance, and safety. You crave fullness and vibrance in your life, but you’re unsure of how to get there. Maybe you feel stuck or confused. One of my main goals as a therapist is to help you align with your values & live a life that’s fulfilling to you while working through the “stuff” that’s holding you back. I often work with clients who identify as LGBTQ+ or are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. All identities are welcome here, including those who are in open/polyamorous relationships and especially those who have ever felt like an “outsider" in their community I know that the process of healing can be difficult, that it is rarely linear & often overwhelming, but you have my promise to do my best to help you on your journey. My approach to therapy is collaborative - I want to help you live the life that you want. I often use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to achieve this, but can utilize other methods when needed. I am proud of you for seeking therapy. I know the process can be daunting and scary at times, but you’ve already started the process. If you feel that this resonates with you, please reach out to see if I am a good fit for you as a therapist on your healing journey.
