It is my belief that everyone deserves a safe and non judgmental place to talk about the highs and lows of life. A place where vulnerability strengthens their foundation to be able to freely express their thoughts, feelings and emotions in a way that's comfortable for them. Therapy is a brave space where caring, warm, thoughtful and effective therapeutic conversations happen. I am a mom of two, a licensed clinical Social worker with 8 years of experience in servicing pregnant mothers, children aged 0-7, adolescents and adults. In 2015, I earned a Master of Social Work and a Dual-Title in Infant Mental Health (IMHD) from Wayne State University. Through post graduate work, I have gain extensive experience in working with children and their families with behavioral and mental health concerns including ADHD, perinatal mood disorders (ie. postpartum depression and anxiety), grief, Depression, Anxiety, life stressors and trauma. I have been trained and rostered in Child Parent Psychotherapy which focuses on traumatic experiences with children aged 0-4. I am eager to join you on the journey of creating the necessary skills to being a emotionally healthy and happier person!
I look forward to accompanying you on your therapeutic journey!
