Christina Mikell, PsyD

Dr Christie Mikell is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with specialties in perinatal mental health, as well as PTSD/complex trauma. Her other clinical interests include: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship stress, and codependency.

Dr Mikell approaches therapy with the belief that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in therapeutic success. She understands that individuals often come to therapy with concerns, worries, or apprehension about this process.

Dr Mikell strives to establish a supportive and accepting relationship that allows individuals to feel comfortable addressing their struggles. She believes that therapy allows individuals to better understand their past experiences and how their early relationships have shaped their views of themselves, the other world, and others.
