Hello! Welcome to GLPG. Here is a little snippet about me that can help you identify which clinician best serves your needs:

I currently hold a LLMSW (Limited Licensed Master’s Social Worker). I will primarily be working at the Grand Rapids location, in addition to telehealth. I received my Bachelor of Social Work from Grand Valley State University, and my Master of Social Work from Michigan State University. Prior to working at GLPG, I worked at a Psychiatric Hospital as a Case Manager and Group Therapist for adolescents and adults, working closely with individuals under a high level of care. I also interned at CMH-CEI, working one on one with children and their families, addressing anxiety, depression, mood, and behavioral concerns. In addition, I interned at Arbor Circle within the Families Forward Home Based program. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, play therapy, expressive therapy, and strength-based approaches. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, focusing on self-compassion/self-esteem, LGBTQIA Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, work stress/life stress, life paths, body image, and mood disorders. I look forward to working with you on your therapeutic process!
