Elizabeth is a clinical social worker who is dedicated to providing clients a safe and collaborative space to navigate through obstacles they are facing. Elizabeth uses a client-centered approach, along with psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in working with her clients. Elizabeth aims to meet each client where they are and assist them in working towards their goals of where they want to be. Elizabeth has experience working with a variety of populations who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and stress management. Elizabeth earned her Masters in social work degree from Wayne State University and graduated with honors.
