As a clinician, my goal is to offer a safe and open environment for clients as they explore the thoughts, feelings, and challenges of their daily lives. I work with individuals, couples, and family units struggling with issues related to various life changes and collaborate with my clients to identify goals and work towards healthy resolutions.
I integrate behavioral, cognitive, and mindfulness techniques to help me tailor therapy to the client. While I specialize in working with children and adolescents, I accept clients of all ages who may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, behavioral/developmental issues, or difficulty adjusting to life changes.
