I am both a professional counselor and a certified art therapist. I believe that therapy is a creative and collaborative process that starts with a trusting relationship between the client and the therapist. My job is to encourage and support you with whatever you or your child may be struggling with. I offer a safe, relaxed, and nonjudgmental environment to explore, process, heal and grow.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I have a broad range of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, personal transitions and life changes, LGBTQ issues, anger management, and trauma.
