My goal is to elicit a safe, confidential, and warm space for you to feel comfortable to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Through our collaborative efforts, we can explore new ways of dealing with everyday stressors. My role is to provide you with unconditional support, presence, and empathy through your self-growth process. I believe that every individual is complete but never completed; thus self-growth is a continuous journey.
I have provided psychological treatment and assessment for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I work with mild, moderate, and severe mental illnesses. My training is in humanistic techniques. However, I believe that every client will have a unique and individual experience and treatment to meet their needs.

I believe in empowering clients to feel autonomous and self-determined. I am available for appointments during the morning, afternoon, and evening for your convenience.
