Master's of Social Work
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I believe therapy begins when a trusting, safe relationship can be established. I am committed to providing an environment where healing and collaboration are able to thrive. There is no one approach effective for all people, which is why I strive to meet clients where they are at, whether that be ready to process trauma or just stepping into the door. I recognize seeking therapy can feel intimidating to some people and want to provide a judgment-free environment to support and encourage healing.
I have training/experience in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, parenting skills, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and human development.
