Hello and welcome! My name is Ivy Lam and I graduated from University of Michigan with my Masters in Social Work. My goal is to provide a welcome and non-judgemental environment so you can feel safe and validated when you are talking! One of the approaches I use is a strength-based approach. We all have our own strength, and sometimes when life gets hard it can be hard to see that we have the power within ourselves. I am here to help you see the greatness you have within yourself through many different evidence-based approaches such as strength-based, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. My greatest approach is building a genuine rapport to create a trusting relationship. I am here to listen and to help navigate all the emotions you may be feeling such as stress, anxiety and depression. Contact me for scheduling, and let's begin your new journey to find inner peace!
