It's not easy to admit you need help. Here you are, and I'm proud of you! If you're a woman looking for a therapist who will provide a warm, supportive environment to help you find relief from your struggles, you're in the right place.

My typical client is a woman looking for help with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, parenting issues, and/or stress management.

I have a very genuine, approachable personality that helps me to build strong, trusting relationships with my clients. Each session we will focus on your top concerns and goals. My therapeutic style is very common sense- we will build a strong relationship with an abundance of trust, honesty, and accountability to your goals.

My clinical interventions are mainly from a cognitive-behavioral standpoint: focusing on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that by identifying and replacing negative thoughts and behaviors, clients can make positive changes to the way they feel. I also use solution-focused interventions, which allow us to develop solutions based on personal strengths and what has worked in the past.

I am here to listen, understand, and help alleviate the difficulties you're having. I look forward to partnering with you to help you achieve the results you are hoping for!
