You have the power to change your mind and life for the better. Therapy helps us gain valuable insight, tap into latent potential, break free of negative cycles, and cultivate new ways of being. I specialize in treating people who struggle with anxiety, social anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. I also focus on issues concerning self-worth, identity, interpersonal conflicts, toxic family/relationship dynamics, and personal meaning.
I approach therapy via an integrative and holistic lens, weaving psychodynamic, humanisitic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and family systems theory and techniques with elements of mindfulness and existentialism. My style is accepting, non-judgmental, and collaborative. As a therapist, I act as ally, guide, and fellow traveler. I take pride in my work and in the success of my clients. I believe that with the right support, tools, and strategies, everyone is capable of positive growth.
