The greatest skill I bring to my clients is being an active, intense, and compassionate listener. In my decades-long career, I have found that clients want to be heard and to have their experiences validated. By intensively listening I can hear what my client's concerns and aspirations are. Together we explore the concerns and work towards achieving your identified goals. Having worked in a hospital for many years I have expertise in helping adults who are experiencing difficult life transitions, trauma including perinatal loss, depression, anxiety, and acute and chronic health issues including chronic pain, and coping with life stressors. I have worked with older adults and their adult children regarding the aging process and with individuals experiencing divorce, addiction, and the death of a loved one. I would very much like to listen to you and work with you towards resolving any issues causing you discontent, sadness, or stress.
