Life comes with challenges, hardships, and hurts. These are a burden to carry, and I believe we are not meant to do life alone. I'm here to walk alongside you and help you walk through difficult moments. My hope is for each person to experience healing and joy. I want each person to be able to live their best life, to live life to the fullest, and do what they love.

My goal is for everyone from all backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences to feel safe, comfortable, and valued. I believe that each and every person is important. Each person is created with their own strengths, gifts, and talents. I use a strengths-based and person-centered approach. I seek to create a space where people feel accepted, supported, and validated. Through listening and empathy, I work with clients to feel empowered and in control of their lives. I also use cognitive-behavioral therapy. When we find healthy coping skills and ways to transform negative thought patterns into more positive and healthy ones, we can feel renewed and gain hope. With all the stress that life brings, I believe in self-care. When we practice good self-care, we can be our best selves. We can be more present in the moment and experience greater fulfillment and enjoyment in life.

I have been a child and adolescent therapist since 2012. I work with children and adolescents as they work through anxiety, stress, and trauma. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trauma is devastating and painful. It impacts daily functioning and the quality of life. Being able to work through trauma can help bring more hope for the future. My goal is to create a safe place for people to process difficult experiences and create opportunities for healing and joy.
