My goal as your therapist is simple... to allow you to thrive beyond your wildest dreams! Some of us need that coach in our corner to help push ourselves just a little bit further and to tackle any barrier that comes our way. My style of therapy is a mix of your coach, your partner, and that person in your life that always keeps it real while also respecting you and your decisions. Therapeutic approaches and interventions I am most confident with are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialletctual Behavioral Therapy Skills, Trauma Processing, Motivational Interviewing, and Role Playing. I utilize these tools in a person-centered manner that best fits your needs and your situation.

My populations of specialty focus on those with ADHD, work/career-related issues, and trauma. I also have tremendous experience with those with other mental health-related issues and substance use disorders. My motto is that personal change can be difficult but most certainly not impossible.
