Life is not always easy. Sometimes you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, and/or uncertain. An outside perspective is often helpful.
I work with adults and children experiencing depression, anxiety, or difficult life changes. I also have specialized training in helping parents and families in which there are child behavior problems. The majority of counseling I provide is based on cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and supportive therapy theories.
My hope is that through counseling you will be able to accept the past, celebrate more fully the present, and gain more confidence in your future.
