Hello! Allow me to introduce myself! My name is LaTosha. I have years of experience working with individuals of all ages from 6 to 65 years- some experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and high levels of stress that they cannot shake. I embrace opportunities to help individuals that have come to a place where they may feel stuck or as if they are going in circles and arriving back at the same place they believed they left behind. I welcome this chance to create a safe space for you to be you and for you to be heard. Let's work together to get you to your desired destination!
I offer counseling services through individual, couples, and family therapy with a person-centered approach. I have experience using (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, (MI) Motivational Interviewing, and a Humanistic Approach in therapy sessions.
Thank you for making the decision to choose you! I know that it may not have been an easy decision, but you made it to this point and for this, I celebrate you! Let's meet to discuss your needs for therapy and we can determine if this will be a good fit for you on your journey to your desired destination!
