Seeking support for life's most personal challenges can feel scary and overwhelming. I give my clients tremendous credit for taking action to care for themselves and their relationships.
I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience treating children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults of all ages. My treatment approach is client-driven and strength-based, as I seek to help clients identify their goals and build on personal strengths. Through evidence-based practices and a personalized approach, I am committed to helping you achieve the outcomes you desire.
I have extensive experience treating clients with complex needs, as well as those seeking brief therapy to resolve everyday challenges. I offer a safe and respectful therapeutic environment by demonstrating compassion for those I treat and helping all to find compassion for themselves.
We all need to feel heard and to feel that someone truly understands. In fact, we deserve it! I am dedicated to understanding your specific needs and helping you better understand yourself.
I look forward to working with you!
