Lauren Zolecki-Polzin, she/her, has over 10 years of experience helping clients of all ages, races and sexual orientations manage mental health and substance abuse issues in individual therapy, group therapy, and couples therapy modalities. She graduated with her Master's degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL in 2007. She has an extensive history of working with people dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorder, substance abuse disorders, and other disorders in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient. Lauren prides herself on being open and affirming working with people from all walks of life! Lauren primary theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however she uses an eclectic blend of therapy techniques as needed and as is appropriate. Lauren is passionate about helping clients reach their therapy goals by making the client an integral part of the treatment plan. She is looking forward to working with you on developing healthy coping skills and overcoming your personal challenges!
