I believe every person has their own unique story and journey in life. Together we will develop a treatment plan that includes your personalized wishes, goals, and I will encourage that they be realistic and achievable so you are set up to be successful. I will use a variety of methods and approaches (trust-building, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based, Solutions Focused, Reality therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), to name a few, to help you achieve these goals.

I will empower you to heal, grow, and evolve from your past and/or current struggles, while simultaneously helping you pave a new path to a more healthy, positive, and abundant future. Thank you for reading my bio, I would be privileged to help you take that first step towards the next part of your journey.
