I will use a variety of methods and approaches (trust-building, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based, Solutions Focused, Reality therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), to name a few, to help you achieve these goals.
I will empower you to heal, grow, and evolve from your past and/or current struggles, while simultaneously helping you pave a new path to a more healthy, positive, and abundant future.
