I received my BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and my MA in Counseling from Oakland University. I've spent several years working with children, families, and individuals to help them achieve their goals.
I am trained in the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).
I specialize in diagnosing and treating Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder(ODD), Conduct Disorder (CD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, and Anxiety.
I also assist with parenting skills, dealing with trauma, coping with grief, managing impulsive behavior, school problems, bullying, self-harm, and family issues
