One of the hardest things to find in our world today is a place to think and speak freely without fear of judgment or condemnation. My goal is to give you the space you need to confront the challenge you're facing. I've spent much of my career helping individuals and groups work through depression, anxiety, and excessive anger. I've also focused on helping families reclaim peace in their homes by finding new ways to work together.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor I've worked in a variety of settings including Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs as well as providing crisis counseling and evaluations in Emergency Rooms.

If life feels overwhelming or uncertain or if you're a parent trying to navigate the challenges of a complicated child I would love to be a part of your journey.
