I am a licensed Clinical and Mental Health Counselor. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Cornerstone University and graduate degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Cornerstone University. Life has moments of challenge and overwhelm. It may feel as though you and/or your child are "stuck" and have the inability to see the light in all the darkness. With these moments, we can sometimes experience intense depression, anxiety, mood instability, and lack compassion toward ourselves. It may seem impossible to move forward and live a life worth living. In our work together, our goal is to provide you and/or your child with skills to help reframe and regulate emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to promote overall well-being and have a happier, more fulfilled life.
My role is to work alongside you and/or your child to challenge and reframe emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to build a life worth living and improve compassion towards self. The goal is to create a safe space to share your story and provide skills to manage intense emotions, develop healthy coping, and empower you to make lasting change.
