I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional who believes that therapy should be a comfortable, fulfilling experience! Although I am trained in several different modalities I believe the therapeutic process should be tailored to the individual or family, and there should not be a cookie cutter recipe for success You are the expert of your life, and I am here to provide guidance and assistance however possible. I am comfortable working with people regardless of their race, gender or sexual identities, or religious affiliations. I have extensive experience working with children, families and adults who have experienced trauma. I also have worked people who experience Depression, Anxiety and a multitude of other diagnoses.
