Therapy is a safe space of self-exploration and building awareness of what is holding you back from leading a more fulfilling life: whether you have suffered a recent loss and trauma(s), are suffering with painful emotions or having trouble coping with a life transition etc. My areas of specializing are in a wide range of issues including, PTSD, anxiety disorders, self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and loss and depression. Therapeutic techniques that I frequently use include psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, cognitive therapy as well as mindfulness-based strategies and self-compassion techniques. I highly value the therapeutic relationship and believe that it is instrumental in the treatment process.
I have been in practice for about 6 years in the field after graduated from Oakland University in 2014. I have experiences working with diverse population.
