People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. I’m here to assist you whether it’s navigating difficulties in your daily life, mending relationships, developing positive coping skills for anxiety and depression, or navigating through major life transitions. Often, feelings of sadness and fear surface, but together we will work to remove these obstacles to living a more satisfying and healthy life. My treatment approach is cognitive-behavioral in nature. Specialties: Anxiety, ADHD, Depression, Eating Disorders/Body Image, Sexual Abuse, Career Counseling; and Women's Issues. Nicole holds Membership with Michigan Counseling Association, Chi Sigma Iota and NBCC. She was appointed Interim Secretary for MCA in September 2016 and has been involved in grassroots efforts for the organization. She is also a certified supervisor for limited license professional counselors.
