Hello. My name is Rebecca. I've been a licensed therapist for twenty-five years. I completed my masters degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. My experience has primarily involved adults of all ages individually and couples work. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety and depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, lack of self esteem and confidence.

My style of counseling is warm and interactive. I am inclusive and non-judgmental. I think that feeling comfortable and safe with your therapist is essential. In my experience, having an objective third party to talk to can assist clients to recognize and identify behavioral patterns that are no longer useful to them.

The decision to address mental health issues is a very healthy and proactive decision. It demonstrates a readiness that is required for long term substantial growth. I look forward to assisting you in the commitment that you are making to yourself. I have witnessed individuals create changes that have opened up their lives to new possibilities and renewed hope and joy.
