I am glad that you are reaching out for help. I have 20 years experience providing case management and therapeutic services to people diagnosed with mental illness and substance use disorders. I have experience providing therapy for teenagers through older adults as they navigate the ups and downs of their diagnosis. I believe in building on a person’s strengths as they learn to manage their symptoms.
If you are not sure what you are feeling or don’t know where to start, I am happy to talk with you and complete an assessment to determine your needs and person-centered goals. I am passionate about helping people learn skills that will make their life more comfortable and meaningful.
