I am a limited licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s Degree in social work from Walden University. I believe therapy can help guide clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, and help increase personal strengths. I am committed to creating a comfortable, safe, and open space where it allows the client to express vulnerable emotions, to overcome barriers, and establish growth. I believe within the therapeutic process, it is important meeting clients where they are, allowing each client to go at the own pace, and utilize approaches that will tailor to each client.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents coping with anxiety, depression, panic disorder, anger, self-esteem/self-image, trauma, grief-loss, crisis intervention, family and relationship issues, traumatic brain injury, and addiction. I utilized approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered, strength-based, trauma-focused, and solution-based therapy techniques.
