Sarah Grogan is a Master’s Level Clinical Psychologist who has over a decade of experience creating a safe space that supports others in improving their well being. Her clinical experience includes assisting adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, attachment issues, postpartum depression/anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders, and difficult life transitions. Additionally, she enjoys working with couples who have relationship challenges. Sarah has a special clinical interest in helping individuals address women’s issues and navigating challenges in motherhood. Sarah provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment, and is a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. Utilizing a person-centered approach, Sarah partners with individuals to take meaningful steps forward in their lives. She readily connects with clients, making it possible to see beyond challenges and into root causes. Sarah is also a certified Integral Coach. Clients have shared their appreciation for her insight, which facilitates purposeful behavioral change. Sarah is passionate about empowering individuals to live more fulfilling, authentic, and balanced lives.
