At some point in our lives, we all experience some kind of emotional pain or stress. I know how difficult it can be to acknowledge that there is an issue and even more difficult to take the steps to address the issue. I believe that my clients are experts in their own lives and my purpose is to deepen my clients understanding of their challenges, provide a unique perspective, and facilitate the achievement of their goals. I believe therapy is most transformative when it addresses both the "why" and the "how." It's helpful to understand why certain challenges arise repeatedly and to understand how you can disrupt this pattern in your life.

Whether I am working with clients individually, in couples, or as families, I incorporate a variety of treatment approaches that I tailor to each client's unique needs. I strive to help people find awareness, fulfillment, joy, and connectedness in their everyday lives. Therapy takes an incredible amount of self-honesty and courage, and my primary goal is to provide a safe space where you feel supported, curious, and brave.

I have worked with all types of families including adoptive families, birth families, and foster families. I am experienced in working with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depressive disorders, adjustment related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, interpersonal difficulties, internal conflict, personal and professional transitions, intense emotional responses and thought patterns, survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional trauma, grief, loss, major hardships or traumatic events, aggression and defiance, impulse issues, emotional and behavioral difficulties, self-harm, and people experiencing discrimination, marginalization, and/or trauma due to some aspect of their identity.

I consider it an honor that my clients allow me to join their journey to discovery, growth, and healing. Together we will navigate your life's complexities through curiosity, exploration, and reflection while developing adaptive tools to create lasting change.
