I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience who is passionate about helping people move from where they’re at to where they want to be. Once you have made the decision to start therapy, I believe the process for change begins with a strong client-therapist relationship as the foundation. Trust is something that is earned, and I do that through compassion for your struggles, ensuring that you feel heard, and assisting you to build solutions in areas YOU want to change. As you consider making changes, your mind can become overwhelmed by all the thoughts that flood your mind and I am here to help you structure your thoughts to focus on the very next action step you are willing to take. I believe that even the smallest changes over time can lead to big results!

I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, and I get the most joy and satisfaction from working with adolescents, young adults, women who are looking to become the best version of themselves, and couples seeking to improve their relationship. If you are struggling with anxiety and/or depression complicated by life stressors of work, school, family, health, relationship conflicts, or other personal challenges, I encourage you to reach out to me as the first step in discovering all you were meant to be.
