Welcome. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the field for over 30 years. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan. As a social worker, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their concerns and work toward healing. Grounded in empathy, the ability to listen, and deep-felt compassion, my clients can find hope and support through our sessions. I will always work to understand client challenges and introduce tools for coping and overcoming adversity while fostering growth tailored to clients’ specific circumstances. I prefer an integrative approach that is empathic, collaborative, and kind while focused on a client’s individual needs. My focus is on building a trusting, therapeutic relationship to help clients make changes and create more meaningful lives. My specialties include life transitions, grief and loss, women’s issues, veterans, medical concerns, and aging. I look forward to meeting you and thank you for having the courage and willingness to grow and learn.
