Steffany Predosa is a Licensed Professional Counselor with an extensive background working with children and families to build interpersonal communication skills, and facilitate emotional wellness. Ms. Predosa has worked in public education as a school counselor and school administrator, and has spent several years volunteering her time and resources to local agencies and groups that serve at-risk youth. She has maintained a private practice for ten years, and has served as a Clinical Supervisor for LLPCs, as well as opening her practice to private and individual consultations and teaching. Steffany takes a whole-person approach to therapy, and will tailor a plan based on the strengths and challenges of the individual. In each session the client will have the ability to not only explore their relationships, coping strategies, and challenges, they will also have an opportunity to participate in psychoeducational activities to learn self-reliance, self-awareness and how to best integrate their personal, professional and inner lives.
Steffany Predosa has extensive experience working with children, especially emotionally impaired children, or those who have experienced some type of trauma. Additionally Ms. Predosa has experience serving adults with cognitive disabilities, or traumatic brain injuries.
