I understand that each person is unique and therefore, my therapeutic approach will be tailored to your individual needs. I integrate evidence-based practices to guide you through roadblocks that keep you stuck. My therapeutic approaches are CBT, strengths-based, and integrative; meeting you where you are at, and assisting you with where you want to be.
I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan, with a focus on mental health and integrated health. My ultimate goal is to offer a safe, comfortable, and open approach to heal. My areas of focus include mood disorders (depression and bipolar), life transitions, and anxiety in adolescents and adults.
I understand reaching out for help can be difficult. I encourage you to contact me if you are considering treatment. If I cannot help, I will gladly assist you with a referral.
