Hello and congratulations to you for seeking out a richer life through better mental health. My goal as a therapist is to support individuals in steering through feelings of confusion, sadness, loneliness, and depression. For couples I can offer new ways of communicating and understanding one another and yourself as a partner.

Through my own counseling I have learned to work in the grey, give myself grace, accept myself and others and to be genuinely happy. My aspiration is to provide hope to people in need.

I hope you will contact me and see if the modalities I have learned through my training in the Gottman method and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among others can help you live the life you desire.

Counselors are like shoes, some fit well, and some do not. I encourage you to meet with me for and initial free session to see if the “shoe fits.”
