Thea Simmons, PsyS, LLP thrives on supporting clients to bloom! She is pleased to work with adults who experience challenges with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, recovery from substance use, and food addiction. Thea specializes in helping individuals with compassionate, strength-based, self-acceptance; enhanced self-esteem; mindfulness; and loving self-care. She engages with clients holistically supporting them to find emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, and physical well-being.
Thea graduated from Wayne State University (Psychology), University of Michigan (Public Health), and earned a post-Master's degree in Humanistic and Clinical Psychology and Education from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology following a successful career in Public Health Administration.
