Vulnerability is a place from which we manifest our greatest potential.
As a therapist I utilize an integrative approach by combining evidence-based interventions to best suit individual needs and preferences. I believe that every person is unique, and therapy is not a one size fits all approach. I strive to create a safe space for my clients by allowing them to sit with their feelings, reflect on past experiences, gain self-awareness and hope for a better future. I believe it's when we gain consciousness of the inner self, we can truly work towards becoming the best version of our self.
I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019 from Wayne State University. I have experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds on conditions and issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, adjustment disorder, identity exploration, multicultural issues, parenting, loss/grief, and relationship issues.
I am excited to be a part of your journey towards growth and healing.
